Your quote will set out what’s included. We’ll also discuss access, disruption and arrangements for plastering and decoration.

The agreed installation is completed, inspected and tested, with the relevant electrical paperwork provided.
Questions about rewiring
Does an old house always need a full rewire?
No. Age alone doesn’t tell us the condition of the wiring. An inspection and a discussion of your plans help establish what work is needed.
Can you rewire part of a property?
Yes, where the existing installation and proposed work make that appropriate. We’ll assess the connection to the existing circuits before agreeing the scope.
Can I stay in the property during a rewire?
It depends on the extent of the work and the property. Rewiring can involve power interruptions, lifting floorboards and opening walls. We’ll discuss the practical arrangements beforehand.
Is plastering and decoration included?
Your quotation will make this clear. We’ll agree who is responsible for making good, plastering and decoration before work starts.
